Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, an item we can no longer produce, a suspected fraudulent transaction — we may cancel it and refund you in full. That is the entire remedy in that situation.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. The price you paid is the price on your confirmation. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we will tell you before charging you and let you decide whether to proceed.

Everything here is produced after you order. That has consequences for cancellation and returns which are set out on Returns & Exchanges; those terms form part of this agreement.

The designs, photographs, and text on this site belong to Godfashion Ecom, LLC or to the artists we license from. You may not reproduce them commercially or use them to produce your own merchandise.

Content you upload

If you upload artwork or text for a personalised item, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to reproduce it for the sole purpose of making your order. We will refuse and refund any upload that appears to infringe someone else’s rights. See DMCA.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape at damaging volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under consumer protection law, which these terms do not displace.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
