Print-on-demand means your item does not exist until you order it. That is why our cancellation window is short and why it closes for good once printing starts — this page explains exactly where the line is.

The window

You may cancel for a full refund within 6 hours of placing your order, provided production has not already begun.

Production sometimes starts within a couple of hours. If you need to cancel, email [email protected] immediately rather than waiting — the earlier you write, the more likely we can stop it.

Why the window closes

Once printing begins, the blank garment is consumed and the artwork is committed to it. A printed item cannot be restocked or resold, so there is nothing for us to recover. This is not a restocking-fee situation — the cost is already spent.

Changes we can usually still make

Before production starts we can normally change your shipping address, correct a typo in personalised text, or swap the size. Email us with your order number and what needs changing.

Changes we cannot make

After production starts: no size change, no design change, no personalisation edit, no cancellation. Please check your size against the chart on the product page and re-read any personalised text carefully before you complete checkout.

How to request

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the change you need.
  2. We reply within one business day confirming whether it can still be done.
  3. If we cancel, the refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. See Refund Policy.

If we cancel your order

Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — a product we can no longer produce, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an obvious pricing error. In every one of those cases you get a full refund automatically, without having to ask.
