What we collect

• To fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, and order contents. We pass the address and contents to the printing partner who makes and ships your item — they cannot use it for anything else.
• Payment: handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store the full card number.
• When you contact us: whatever you write to us, kept so we can answer and refer back to it.
• Site analytics: pages visited, approximate region, device type. Used to find broken pages and slow ones.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the printing and shipping partners who need it to deliver your order, and we do not use your email for marketing unless you asked us to.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and your login working; the site cannot function without them. Any non-essential cookie is loaded only after you agree to it in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal we treat it as an opt-out request without you needing to do anything else.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email [email protected] and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. We answer within one business day and complete the request within 45 days.

How long we keep it
