How long will my order take?
Two stages, stated separately because they are separate waits. Production takes 3–5 business days, then transit takes 9–15 business days within the United States or 9–15 business days internationally. Full detail on Shipping & Delivery.
What does shipping cost?
United States: $5.99 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item. International: $13.00 for the first item, $6.00 for each additional item. The total at checkout is the total you pay us — nothing is added afterwards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Note that your own country may charge import duties on arrival; those are set by your customs authority and are payable by you. See Payment Methods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 6 hours of ordering, provided production has not started. After printing begins the materials are committed and we cannot cancel. See Cancellation & Modification.
Can I return or exchange?
Within 30 days of delivery. Anything damaged, misprinted, or wrong is fully on us. Sizing and change-of-mind returns are accepted with return shipping paid by the customer. Personalised items cannot be returned unless defective — a shirt with your name on it has no second buyer. See Returns & Exchanges.
Is checkout secure?
Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. See Payment Methods, which also tells you what appears on your bank statement.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a chart of measured garment dimensions taken from a real sample. Sizing Charts explains how to read them. If in doubt, email us before ordering.
My package has not arrived
Check Track Your Order first. If tracking has not moved for over a week, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, email [email protected] and we will chase the carrier.
Where are the products made?
Printed and shipped from the United States by our printing partners (CustomCat and Printify). Nothing is printed until you order.
