This page states when money goes back to you and how long it takes. It is the companion to Returns & Exchanges, which covers what qualifies.

How refunds are issued
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, a different PayPal account, or a bank transfer — your payment provider does not permit it, and neither do we.
Timing
Once your return is approved (or, for a defect, once we have seen your photo), we issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post the credit to your statement — typically a further 3 to 10 business days, which is outside our control.
The date we issue the refund appears in the confirmation email we send you. If your statement has not updated a week after that date, forward us that email and we will chase it with the processor.
What is refunded
- Defective, wrong, or misdescribed item — full amount, including the original shipping you paid.
- Sizing or change of mind — the item price. Original shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Cancelled before production — full amount, no deductions.
- Order we cannot fulfil — full amount, refunded automatically without you having to ask.
Partial refunds
If only part of a multi-item order is affected, we refund only that part. You keep the rest.
If you have not received a refund you expected
Email [email protected] with your order number before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes months to resolve and locks the funds for both of us; we can almost always settle it the same week by email.
